How to use Email Variables in Campaigns
Email Variables allow you to personalize your campaign emails at scale.
They act as natural-language prompts that dynamically generate unique content for each recipientāsimilar to mail merge, but more flexible and human.
With variables, each email can reference details specific to the recipient, making your outreach feel more relevant and personal.
What Are Email Variables?
Email Variables are custom placeholders you add to your email copy using double curly braces: {{ }}.
Each variable tells the system what kind of personalized content to generate for each recipient.
Examples:
{{mention their recent role change}}
{{mention a shared contact}}
{{warm intro}}
