Invite collaborators to your List

You can invite other Distill users to collaborate with you on a List. Unlike sharing a list for viewing, inviting users enables full collaboration and management access to your List. Here’s how:

1. Navigate to your Lists page and find your List.

2. Click on Invite Users option in the More Options Menu (☰).

3. Enter an email address and press Share to send the invite. 

4. Once accepted, your List collaborator can manage, contribute, and share the List.

How to revoke access or change permissions

1. You can also edit permissions on your collaborative List by going to Invite Users option in the More Options Menu (☰).

2. Locate the name and email of the user

3. Click on the drop and choose between OWNER, MEMBER, REVOKE ACCESS.
   • Owner access will give full permissions on the List, such as adding, removing profiles and inviting other users to the List.
   • Member access allows adding profiles but does not permit deleting the list, inviting, or removing members.
   • Revoking access will remove the List from your team member’s view on the Lists page.
