Send AI-generated emails from profiles

You can draft and send emails directly from someone’s Distill profile. The AI uses the context you enter and lets you tweak the message before sending. You can also add the person to a list to track an ongoing project or follow up with them later. Here’s how it works:

1. Go to any person’s profile

2. Click on “Send Email” on the right-hand side of the profile header

3. Select available emails for the person.

4. Give us more context in your prompt about (1) why you’re reaching out,(2) what you would like in the email, and (3) how you would like it to be written.

5. Optional - you can add this person to a List to keep things organized. See Creating Lists to learn more.

6. Hit Send and confirm your Google account from which you would like to send.
   • You’ll need to give us permission. Please review our privacy policy and terms of service to see how we process and protect your data. You will only need to provide us with permission once.

7. Your email has now been sent, and you can view it in your Gmail sent folder.
